Sophisticated Seclusion in the City

At the first of our two St Andrews masterworks, the brief was one of sophisticated serenity. This project is a testament to our ability to create a "modern retreat" within an urban context, utilizing bold contemporary lines and a palette of high-spec materials. We focused on the rhythmic flow between the open-plan living zones and the private, serene sanctuaries hidden within. The craft is found in the meticulous attention to detail, the flawless tiled splash backs, the precision of the integrated appliances, and the way the home captures diverse views through strategically placed architectural glass. It is a home built for the connoisseur of fine living.
