The Benson House is a definitive study in modern geometric form and urban privacy. Our craft here was centered on the intentional layering of industrial and organic textures—specifically the surgical integration of the poolside gallery, where the threshold between the luminous, stone-heavy kitchen and the lap pool is almost entirely dissolved.

Inside, the discipline of the build is revealed through a palette of dark, moody timbers, smoked mirrors, and raw stone, creating a sanctuary of sophisticated restraint. Every shadow line and recessed detail was executed to honor the home’s contemporary silhouette, resulting in a residence that feels like a private boutique retreat. It is an unapologetically modern masterwork, where the rigor of high-performance construction meets the effortless flow of the metropolitan lifestyle.
